Spectra -- Terms Of Service
By using the Spectra Bot, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. In-Bot Currency (Spectrobux)
Spectrobux is the virtual currency within the Spectra Bot economy. It holds no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real-life money or any other bot currency outside of Spectra Bot.
Spectrobux can be earned through various in-bot activities such as daily rewards, monthly rewards, and other in-bot features.
2. Items and Purchases
All items available in the bot’s
shop are intended for in-bot use only and can be purchased with Spectrobux.
Trading real-life currency or other bot currencies for Spectrobux or items is strictly prohibited. Users may only trade in-bot items using Spectrobux.
Any attempt to circumvent this rule may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to account suspension or ban from the bot.
3. Zenith System
The Zenith system is an in-bot leveling system that users can access after purchasing the necessary fragments and meeting other conditions. When a user resets to a higher Zenith, their items and currency are reset to zero, but they remain higher on the Zenith leaderboard.
The Zenith system is meant solely for competitive purposes and has no real-world impact.
4. Abuse and Exploitation
Exploiting any bugs or unintended features of the bot to gain an unfair advantage is forbidden.
Users who abuse the bot’s features or attempt to manipulate the economy will face penalties, including temporary or permanent bans from using the bot.
5. Conduct
Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment, spamming, or exploiting automated systems (e.g., spam detection) is prohibited.
Spectra reserves the right to issue warnings or apply penalties for any violations of these rules.
6. Updates to Terms
Spectra Bot may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after updates will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
By using the bot, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
